About

Air Fleet Training Systems is a flight school established since 1991. It is a Certified Cessna Pilot Center and FAA Part 141 approved. Operating out of Essex County Airport, in Fairfield, New Jersey, Air Fleet is located in the perfect area to serve students in both New Jersey and New York City. Air Fleet operates the youngest aircraft fleet in the Northeast U.S. Their in-house maintenance team works hard to ensure that their 14 aircraft are safe and ready to fly for students. The flight school offers training to both U.S. citizens and noncitizens, and can provide fingerprinting to students who require it. Air Fleet offers Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot, Multi-Engine, CFI, CFII, MEI, and ATP training on both round dial and glass cockpit aircraft. Air Fleet regularly holds events and seminars for their students and local aviators alike. This is a great way to learn new things as well as meet members of the local aviation community. For those looking to get a degree, Air Fleet is proud to partner with Purdue Global. This program allows students to count their flight training as college credit towards either a degree in aviation or aviation management. Air Fleet is a winner of the Top Hawk program.
