Avier Flight School lives its mission to ensure aviation safety and increase the footprint of GA in the warmest environment possible; we have a philosophy of teaching through positive reinforcement of positive outcomes at all times; our objective is to create the most confident and competent PIC in the most efficient time frame; and finally our motto is "no pilot left behind!" These statements are not just cute ideas from the front office, they are lived every day by all members of our staff and community. We have been open since 2014 in the same location and have served a diverse range of dreams and aspirations as they have come through our doors, carried by pilots from all over the world. We are proud of our reputation for high quality, immersive, warm, and safe flight instruction. We have been paid a high compliment by a friendly nearby flight school who described a "bad day at Avier" as the day the espresso machine broke down! Little did they know we actually carry insurance against such an event, 2 spare machines on the shelf, just in case! In all seriousness, hospitality is at the core of our Humanist approach to our safe, inclusive, warm environment. Abraham Maslow's Hierarchy of Human Needs is a way of life for us. Customers are physiologically nurtured, they are and feel "safe" to share their dreams, they are loved, and thus, their egos are in tact and success is before them!
