About

We provide hourly simulator rentals as well as monthly subscription plans. Our facility has 24-hour access 7 days per week, we have two Redbird FMX full motion flight simulators, these are FAA certified Advanced Aviation Training Devices (AATD). Currently we offer the following aircraft/avionics configurations, Cessna 172 with G-1000, Cessna 172 Steam gauge with 530/430, Beechcraft Barron 58 with G-1000. There are two private briefing rooms with internet access, whiteboard, and large monitor that are available for 30 minutes before and after your simulator session. We offer no flight instruction; this is a bring your own CFI facility or you can use the simulators on your own. These (AATD’s) have a letter of Authorization from the FAA that allow you to log 2.5 hours PPL, 20 hours IFR, and 50 hours commercial.
