North Star Flyers is an active, growing club based at Anoka County-Blaine Airport (KANE) in the northern suburbs of Minneapolis. We have six airplanes: 1982 Beechcraft Sundowner 1969 Cessna 172 Skyhawk 1978 Piper PA28-161 Warrior 1979 Bellanca 7ECA Citabria 1972 Piper PA28R-200 Arrow II 1969 Rockwell Lark 100-180 Flying is year-round from our heated hangar. We offer many educational programs including seminars, courses, and flight instruction to members. Please note: As of January 2024 we are full with a significant wait list. We are happy to talk with you and show you the club facilities and aircraft but will not be able to provide a spot or timeline for an opening for the foreseeable future.
