PART 141 PRIVATE & COMMERCIAL SEAPLANE ADD-ON RATING COURSES The Private Pilot Course consists of 8 hours flight training over 5 flights. The Commercial Pilot Course consists of 10 hours flight training over 6 flights. Each flight has a pre and post-flight briefing. The last flight is a Stage Check. After passing the Stage Check you will receive a graduation certificate and the instructor will sign you off for your checkride. You can then take the oral and practical test with a FAA Designated Pilot Examiner. Our school has an Examiner on site.
